What's included

• Full tear-off. We remove the old roofing down to the deck and haul away the debris.
• Deck assessment. We inspect the roof deck and replace damaged or soft sections as needed, so the new roof starts on solid ground.
• Underlayment. New underlayment goes down across the deck as a water-resistant layer under the shingles.
• Flashing. We install new flashing at walls, chimneys, valleys, and roof penetrations, plus new pipe boots.
• Ventilation. We check attic ventilation and address intake and exhaust so the new roof can perform as intended.
• New shingles, cleanup, and walk-through. We install the new shingle system, clean up the property, and walk you through the finished roof and your warranty paperwork.
