Your warranty vs. your shingle maker's warranty
A shingle manufacturer's warranty and the warranty on our work are two different documents. The manufacturer writes one. We explain the warranty that covers the work we do and put it in writing. Manufacturer warranties usually depend on installation, ventilation, registration, and transfer rules, and we'll walk through what matters for your roof at the inspection.
Restoration and your warranty
GoNano is applied as maintenance on asphalt shingles that qualify. It doesn't repair rotten decking, missing shingles, or structural problems, so we repair those first. We document every job so you have a clear record. How a shingle manufacturer handles a later claim is up to that manufacturer.
Warranty coverage and roof life are separate
Your written warranty states your coverage. How long a roof lasts depends on its condition, the weather, and upkeep, so we don't treat a lifespan estimate as a promise. Hail and severe weather are often handled differently from normal wear. Your warranty explains any exclusions in writing.
