How GoNano works
GoNano is a cold-applied, nano-engineered treatment. A carrier oil delivers nano-silica below the surface of the shingle, into the asphalt binder, and silane chemistry helps it bond there. The goal is a more flexible, reinforced shingle that better resists aging. It isn't a paint or a coating that sits on top.
- Inspect. We check the shingles, flashing, vents, pipe boots and decking, and take photos.
- Repair first. Leaks, damaged shingles, flashing and pipe boots get fixed before any treatment.
- Apply GoNano. On a roof that qualifies, GoNano is applied cold. The crew works tied off.
- Walk-through and paperwork. We review the finished roof with you and provide your written warranty and job documentation.
Which roofs qualify
May qualify: asphalt shingle roofs that are aging but still structurally sound, with shingles largely in place.
Usually not a fit: roofs with rotted or soft decking, widespread missing shingles, active structural problems, or failure across the roof. Our restoration service is for asphalt shingles, not metal, tile or flat roofs. If GoNano isn't the right call, we'll recommend repair or replacement.

No. Coatings sit on top of the shingle. GoNano is a cold-applied, nano-engineered treatment that penetrates the asphalt shingle to help restore flexibility and resist aging. It is not a fix for a failed roof, which is why we inspect first.
